เจ็ดขั้นตอน ไม่ข้ามขั้นไหน Seven steps, none of them skipped

ลำดับนี้ใช้กับทุกงาน ตั้งแต่ตู้ตั้งพื้นในบ้านจนถึงงานฝังผนังในโรงแรม สิ่งที่ต่างกันคือรายละเอียด ไม่ใช่ขั้นตอน The same sequence runs on every project, from a floor-standing home tank to a wall-set hotel installation. Only the detail changes, not the order.

ระยะเวลาแต่ละงานต่างกันตามขนาดตู้และงานตกแต่ง ต้องรอแจ้งกำหนดจริงตอนเสนอราคาDuration varies with tank size and the interior works we wait on; the real schedule comes with the quotation.

    แจ้งรายละเอียดTELL US YOUR IDEA

    แจ้งขนาดพื้นที่ ประเภทปลาที่อยากเลี้ยง และงบประมาณคร่าว ๆ ทาง LINE หรือโทรก็ได้ ถ้ามีรูปมุมที่จะวางตู้จะช่วยให้ประเมินได้เร็วขึ้นSend the space dimensions, the species you have in mind and a rough budget by LINE or phone. A photo of the spot speeds up the first read.

    นัดดูสถานที่จริงSITE INSPECTION

    เข้าดูพื้นที่ วัดขนาด ตรวจโครงสร้างรองรับน้ำหนัก ระบบไฟ ระบบน้ำ และเส้นทางที่จะเข้าไปดูแลในอนาคตWe visit, measure, and check load-bearing structure, power, plumbing and the future service route.

    เสนอราคาQUOTATION

    เสนอแบบ ขนาดตู้ ระบบกรอง รายการอุปกรณ์ และราคาที่ตรงกับงานนั้น พร้อมอธิบายว่าทำไมต้องใช้อุปกรณ์แต่ละชิ้นA proposal covering design, tank size, filtration, equipment list and price, with the reasoning behind each item.

    ยืนยันและมัดจำCONFIRMATION & DEPOSIT

    ยืนยันแบบ ชำระมัดจำ และกำหนดตารางงานให้ตรงกับงานตกแต่งภายในหรือกำหนดเปิดใช้พื้นที่Design sign-off, deposit and a schedule aligned with the interior works or the opening date.

    ประสานงานอินทีเรียINTERIOR COORDINATION

    ทำงานร่วมกับผู้รับเหมางาน Built-in และนักออกแบบภายใน เรื่องช่องเปิด ช่องงานระบบ และเส้นทางท่อWe work with the joinery contractor and interior designer on the opening, plant bay and pipe routes.

    ติดตั้งตู้ปลาINSTALLATION

    ติดตั้งตู้ ระบบกรอง ระบบไฟ จัดวางหินและปะการัง แล้วตั้งระบบให้นิ่งก่อนลงสัตว์น้ำTank, filtration and lighting installed, hardscape laid in, then the system is cycled before livestock.

    ส่งงานและดูแลต่อCOMPLETION & CARE

    ส่งมอบพร้อมแนะนำวิธีดูแลรายวัน และเสนอรอบเข้าดูแลที่เหมาะกับตู้ ถ้าต้องการให้เราดูแลต่อHandover with daily care guidance, plus a proposed maintenance interval if you want us to keep it running.

the first read faster

ขนาดพื้นที่Dimensions กว้าง สูง ลึก ของมุมที่จะวางตู้ วัดคร่าว ๆ ก็พอ พร้อมรูปมุมนั้นหนึ่งรูปRough width, height and depth of the spot, plus one photo of it.
ชนิดสัตว์น้ำที่อยากเลี้ยงSpecies in mind ปลาทะเล ปะการัง หรือไม้น้ำ เพราะเป็นตัวกำหนดระบบกรองและงบประมาณทั้งงานMarine fish, coral or aquatic plants — this decides the filtration and the budget.
กำหนดเวลาที่ต้องเสร็จDeadline ถ้ามีกำหนดเปิดใช้พื้นที่หรือคิวงานตกแต่ง แจ้งมาด้วย เราจะวางตารางงานให้ทันIf the space has an opening date or a joinery schedule, tell us and we plan around it.

งานไม่จบตรงวันติดตั้งThe job does not end at install day

การตรวจค่าน้ำในรอบเข้าดูแลตู้ปลา 01 ดูแลตามรอบScheduled care เข้าทำความสะอาด ตรวจค่าน้ำ และตรวจอุปกรณ์ตามรอบที่ตกลงกันCleaning, water testing and equipment checks on an agreed interval. ตู้เดิมที่น้ำขุ่นและมีตะไคร่ ก่อนเข้าแก้ไข 02 แก้ตู้ที่มีปัญหาProblem tanks น้ำขุ่น ตะไคร่ขึ้นเร็ว หรือเลี้ยงปลาไม่รอด เราเข้าแก้ทั้งระบบให้กลับมาใช้งานได้Cloudy water, fast algae or livestock losses: the whole system is corrected. ตู้ปลาเฟอร์นิเจอร์ฝังผนังในบ้านพักอาศัย 03 ต่อเติมหรือย้ายตู้Extensions & moves งานปรับปรุงพื้นที่ ย้ายตำแหน่งตู้ หรือทำตู้ใหม่ให้เข้ากับงานตกแต่งที่เปลี่ยนไปReworked spaces, relocated tanks, or a new build to match changed interiors.
